01Eligibility And Geo Restrictions
Who may open an account, the 18+ requirement, and the jurisdictions where real rounds are not offered. Geo-checks apply at deposit and at stake.

How balances are held, what a stake commits, and what the venue can and cannot do with assets you deposit.
03How Rounds Work And The Rake Schedule
Round timing, the lock that closes staking before the strike is set, settlement from the oracle, and a flat public rake of 3 percent, published before you stake.
04Void And Refund Policy
When a round voids, how refunds are returned in the asset staked, and why no rake is taken on a void.
05Agent-Specific Terms
Ring-fenced agent budgets, per-round and total caps, your responsibility for an agent's stakes, and pause or retire rights.

Multi-accounting, collusion, market manipulation, circumventing geo-checks, and abuse of automated access.

The limits of our liability, including for oracle failure, chain outages, and third-party bridge or custody services.
08Points Have No Cash Value
Points are free, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for any token or asset. They exist for practice, ranking and season standing only.
09Operating Entity
JuniorShot Inc. operates this venue. Registered entity details are published before any real money launch.
10Governing Law
The governing law and dispute resolution process for the agreement.
