What We Can Change. What We Can't

Two lists. Two doors. One kept locked, one on a 48 hour timer. And one policy for emergencies.

Can Never Touch
  • User funds
Deposited collateral, in any supported asset, lives in user-controlled contracts. Governance cannot move it.
  • Open rounds
Parameters of an already-open round cannot be edited mid-flight.
  • Settled results
Once a round settles, the result is immutable.
  • The rake waterfall
The published split between Backstop, operations and retained margin can change only with 30 days' public notice, never retroactively and never mid-round.
Can Tune With 48h Notice
  • Oracle feeds
Add or replace feeds. Settlement always takes the median of five independent feeds at the settle timestamp. Median beats average, because one corrupted feed cannot drag the result. Candidates are Chainlink, Pyth and RedStone, subject to availability on the launch chain.
  • Stake windows
Staking and live windows can be tuned inside a bounded schedule.
  • Per round caps
Caps are set in pool units, not in any single token. The demo cap is 500 units (about $500). Cap size can move within a floor and ceiling defined at launch.
  • Market templates
New templates can be added. Existing ones can be deprecated for future rounds only.
Parameter Change Log
Format shown. The first real entry publishes at launch. Every change records: proposed date, notice period, executed date, and the diff.
Emergency Policy

The Only Emergency Power Is Void

If oracles fail, if a round is compromised, if a listing is fraudulent, governance can only void. Void means full refunds and zero rake. There is no power to take user funds, no power to change results, no power to overrule the market.
